Taurus

Finding beauty in all things is something we Taureans have a gift for though– so pick up a book about something completely new and discover a different way to appreciate things (even if you decide the author’s viewpoints are still wrong by the end of the book). Better stick with your favorite, familiar beverage to take along for the adventure, though.

Virgo

You’re thoughtful, meticulous and hard-working, and I doubt there’s anything you can’t figure out. Your ability to take things apart and somehow put it back together in better shape than it was before isn’t limited to just “stuff”. Ideas, problems and yes, even people are all subject to improvement under your care. The Virgin (or maiden, as it was once known) is a seeker of truth and perfection, and is the embodiment of reaping the benefits of hard work. In seeking understanding and self-improvement, you folk can be too critical of yourselves. So remember that it’s also a useful skill to be able to lay back and unwind with a good book and favorite drink… the world and all it’s questions will still be there later.

You have a talent for climbing mountains and will scale any heights (finding a foothold in even the most dubious of situations) on the road to your goals. Between your excellent advice and unexpected sense of humor in even the darkest times, you’re the steadfast rock that people look to when things get tough. Your creativity perhaps sees more use than anyone’s– your ability to turn your skills and interests into something you can actually use is truly admirable. What you need though is to be easier on yourself… let the young, spontaneous part of you run around more often; take time off, read something that isn’t at all useful, have a sweet snack for no good reason. You’ve earned it.

Monogram

I customize each bookmark with a monogram of whatever letter you want which makes them marvelous (and useful) gifts! Coming soon: you’ll be able to choose symbols as well! (Within reason… I will refuse any requests for hate symbols and mercilessly show your request on social media. You’ve been warned).

Charms!

For those of you who appreciate regularity and knowing what you’re getting yourself into, you can select a star to be your charm. And for you wild cards and collectors out there, you can select “Random” and I’ll give you… well, just about any neat/interesting thing! I’ve got hand-blown glass beads, wood, stone and bone pendants, crochet beads– charms both normal and strange. Quality matters to me so you’ll not be getting like, a plastic pony bead or anything. (you can look at photo #3 for a few charm possibilities)

Stats

I designed these bookmarks with quality and durability in mind: printed on double-sided photo paper and hand-laminated on both sides, the hope is for them to be able to withstand lots of loving use from the reader. However, you’ll find that they aren’t so thick that they damage the spine of the book or make it impossible to fully close. I hate that!

A note on shipping

In the name of efficiency and to reduce waste, I print all orders on Saturdays.
