Hopefully you’re here just for the trivia and not because you’re unsatisfied with your purchase– it’s my priority to ensure you have a good experience working together but sometimes, stuff happens. So in the event that you need to return something, here’s what you need to know.

The refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original or equivalent packaging (returned MtG cards must be in a top-loader and penny sleeve, for example).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All commissions are final upon shipment– however I will always send you photos of the commission before shipping to receive your stamp of approval and work with you until we are both satisfied. For the purpose of returns, Gilded lands are not commissions.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be sent an email to notify you that I’ve have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (At this point, it’s out of my hands).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again in a few days.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at amandageddonart@gmail.com and title your email “Missing Refund” so that I can be sure to get to you as soon as possible.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are not the same as bundles and discounts, which are refundable.

Mis-print items

It’s not a feature just yet, but eventually I may sell “mis-prints”– art prints that, for whatever reason, were messed up but are still good-looking, interesting, etc. These are sold as-is and are not refundable.

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong item was sent to you. Send me an email with the details at amandageddonart@gmail.com and send your item to: 2402 96 St S Apt H47 Tacoma, WA 98444.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the above address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item unless you pay for that assurance from the mail carrier. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
