I love snow, especially when it’s the middle of the night– no snowblindness, fewer suddenly-crystal-clear noises. Everything is so stark! The water becomes slate-black and shines like obsidian; the sky an opaque screen that implies we might be subjects in a snow globe. Everything the white touches glitters and the flakes in the air make the world feel full of possibility.

I take walks every night when it’s snowy because the feeling of having entered an enchanted land is irresistible. (I would be so screwed if a fey appeared and offered a deal that included my going with them somewhere.)

A note on shipping

In the name of efficiency and to reduce waste, I print all orders on Saturdays. I ship everything on Mondays and Tuesdays unless other arrangements are specifically made– so if you require such an arrangement (or expedited shipping, etc) please don’t hesitate to reach me at amandageddonart@gmail.com or via social media.
