The Darkside: Dark, yet bright. Compressed, yet expansive. How does it feel? It’s a bit moody, it feels a bit negative, right? Yet there’s more energy here than in it’s sibling, the airy Duality .

All of us are familiar with the energizing forces that negativity can bring– feelings of anger, injustice, betrayal. All things have a place and a use. I try to remember that darkness can fulfill a meaningful purpose when it really just feels like a cruel storm. Anger calls us to action, injustice invokes a desire to connect and grass grows best after the storm.

Darkside performs best when it’s given the opportunity to be a bit Extra– it is for that reason that it is offered on glossy photo paper. It’s available in three different sizes (so far!) and looks great in all- there’s a good balance of detail and broad strokes.

A note on shipping

In the name of efficiency and to reduce waste, I print all orders on Saturdays. I ship everything on Mondays and Tuesdays unless other arrangements are specifically made– so if you require such an arrangement (or expedited shipping, etc) please don’t hesitate to reach me at amandageddonart@gmail.com or via social media.
